I'm a Product Design leader dedicated to building joyful, impactful and diverse design teams.I focus on people, process and strategy. My role involves hiring, developing, coaching, and collaborating with designers and their cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery.Incorporating effective product design into agile processes is a challenge. My goal is to ensure my designers tackle the right tasks, with ample time for quality work. I zero-in on making sure our focus areas are engaging and challenging without causing stress or burnout. I establish adaptable processes that fit within the product delivery process. I review designers' work at appropriate moments, offering constructive feedback to maintain progress, quality, and unity within the team.I collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and GTM teams to ensure our roadmaps consider customer desirability, business feasibility, and technical capability. Drawing from my comprehensive grasp of users through UX and strategic research, I make sure design concerns are acknowledged and incorporated.
