During this time period, my primary responsibility was overseeing design operations within Vadodara. I was responsible for driving the growth and development of design projects from concept to completion. This role had a direct impact on business performance as well as client satisfaction.Throughout my role as a Territory Assistant Manager Design at Livspace, I led and built teams proficient in delivering high-quality designs using modular furniture. My leadership skills were put to test while managing these talented professionals effectively towards achieving our common goals. I led two teams in LIVSPACE, one had 15 freelance interior designers and their teams and the other was a team of 5 interior designers and sales executives. Additionally, I conceptualized and executed cutting-edge design strategies for clients which significantly drove sales growth month on month. I started with generating business of 15 Lakhs a month and took it up to 65 Lakhs a month making the region reach its target of 1 Crore a month for 2 months in 2023.
