I have been an IT professional for all my career, working in a range of sectors and organisations delivering desktop and digital applications, AI and upgrades to software and infrastructure. During the last two years, I was instrumental in building an Analysis and Test team with a professional and rigorous approach to IT related change.I am experienced in managing end-to-end software development and business change and my strengths include being able to see the bigger picture, multi-task, and problem-solve with an excellent eye for detail. I am comfortable with making decisions and taking responsibility, being accountable and working with all stakeholders and senior management teams. Having experience of leading teams of 5 – 7 individuals, I am familiar with the numerous challenges of line-management and find coaching and mentoring especially rewarding.I enjoy what I do and am happiest when my day requires me to wear multiple hats while supporting the organisation in achieving their strategic goals.
