I am a writer, counsellor and speaker working alongside organisations like amnesty international, NSPCC, cruse bereavement and Greenpeace and have my own charity “the pursuit of happiness” which was recently selected for the welsh government st davids awards and through which I have spoken for organisations such as Tedx, Women’s equality network for international women’s day and the United Nations. I was recently interviewed on BBC London, BBC radio 4 Saturday LIve, Evening Standard, guardian, daily mail and Wales in Sunday as well as many international media outlets for one of my charity and travel projects. I have written for international media outlets on a range of issues from travel to the environment. I recently completed my first charity trip in Latin America which you can read about in my blog starting in the Brazilian flavellas and finishing in amazon. I took part in a panel discussion with Malaysian government on palm oil and environmental destruction and have also recently spoken for the British Youth Council, Cambridge University and United Nations Association. I have a diploma in environmental leadership and trained in counselling and I also conduct evaluations of projects related to mental health. My desire and motivation is to make the world a better place.
