-I was field in charge (FIC) of audit engagements to take overall control of small to medium size engagements and prepare high quality accounting memoranda on a range of complex technical issues and key audit deliverables for presentation; -Reviewed working papers to ensure all audit procedures have been properly completed, audit conclusions reached are appropriate and all audit risks have been addressed by the overall audit approach;- Project manage up to 3 concurrent teams, including prioritizing and delegating roles and responsibilities,resolving staffing conflicts, balancing deadlines and working with other internal teams and clients to negotiate mutually agreeable solutions;- Audited and prepared special purpose and general purpose financial statements complying with IFRS, China GAAP and HK GAAP;-Attended client closing meeting to wrap up audit conclusions

-Performed audit of a range of financial statement types prepared under various reporting framework across a diverse client base (including manufacturing, technology and retail industries);-Designed and use sophisticated standard excel template to increase audit efficiency and reduce manual errors by incorporating automatic formulas, checks and balances;-Produced high quality RCM (Risk Control Matrix) and flowcharts of complex business processes from discussions with and observations of client personnel when perform an internal audit;- Involved in an IPO engagement of a multi-national company and perform the audit for a US subsidiary in a collaborative team with Ernst & Young Atlanta Branch;

-Assisted senior auditors to perform the substantive and general audit procedures;-Assisted senior auditors to draft audit report (including checking figures and wordings and editing the format of the report);-Archived audit documents for future reference.
