Provided technical design support for multiple client accounts, managing at least 8 projects concurrently. Introduced JIRA for development and delivered CMS. Provided best practice advice for backend coding and scripting resulting in improved processing. Recruited and managed BI and QA teams, creating a more collaborative working environment.

Played an integral role within the UK R&D team helping to design and develop a mobile CCTV system and web based Fleet Manager System for several public transport clients. On the back of this success was invited to join head office in France as a specialist project manager and to grow the open marine market in Europe. Achievements:- created the ability to access live and recorded CCTV video footage using; HTML, ASPX, .Net3.5, .Net4.0, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Scripting and Visual Studio- expanded core CCTV product to include new technologies; wireless comms, IP camera support and GPS- set up demonstration kiosks for trade shows- provided training and installation support to engineers and key staff- developed Cabin Management System - enabling yachts owners to control their environment, introducing a revolutionary smart glass product.
