I am an honest person that believes a successful business is built on the foundation of safety, quality, and respect. Building from this base creates an environment that will generate profit, on-time deliveries, repeat business, and an enjoyable place to work. I've been fortunate to have versatile experiences in the aftermarket (field service, quality, and repairs) that have taught me the importance of being aligned with the entire organization and not just your own bubble.I believe that customers are our teammates and that we must work together towards the mutual goal of returning equipment as soon as possible; but most importantly - that it's right! Obstacles present themselves in every project, but it's how you react and respond that is remembered. By being honest at all times, we earn trust. Input into decision making from the team is welcomed so that I can evaluate and make the best decisions. I do not rule with an iron fist. Establishing a comfortable work environment where colleagues feel safe to share their feelings is important to me.Outside of work I am an avid long distance runner, bibliophile, home coffee brewer, and have a passion for travel.
