Mandate / Key Achievements: Responsible for the management of two 3* hotels with 864 beads and 500 employees, one 4* hotel with 112 beads and 90 employees, one 5* hotel with 112 beads and 120 employees, and one resort restaurant with 250 seating and 48 employees.• The improvement and service qualities and Hospitality Standards in all Departments.• Minimizing the expenses for F&B compared to the increased gross income.
