• Ensure current and upcoming retention initiatives are progressing towards completion within time and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with student success members across Education group to advance retention best practice and improve graduation rates.

• Create and administer general recruitment for undergraduate, special programs, special programs for high school students, advising, counseling and data collection for admission and retention analysis.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, compliance, and daily management of multiple grants in the total amount of 1 million dollars.
• Increased Triumph and Surge participation by 200% in one academic year, and assisted in the recruitment of 50 AmeriCorps Affiliate volunteers.

• Advised and co-created 25 alumni network organizations, alumni advisory board, and alumni association.
• Oversee co-curricular programs that support, develop, and engage with over 25,000 students and 150,000 alumni across all academic schools including Business and Information Technology, Health Sciences, Nursing, Social.
