I have worked in Banking and Sales - supporting wide range of customer relations services. In my previous and current roles, I have managed successful end-to-end customer satisfaction through telephony, webchat, email services and letters. I am an excellent team player with attention for a quality job done and always acting in a sensitive and diplomatic manner. As an experienced customers & clients service officer, I am highly focused with a wide range of knowledge on how to maintain a courteous relationship with clients/customers. In 2015, I was a Telephony Customer Service Adviser for direct bank with RBS where I was responsible for providing quality service to customers while receiving incoming phone calls. I also provided support and training for colleagues by doing side-by-side coaching and call listening. Furthermore, I was the first point of contact for customer complaints and responsible for maintaining and updating database. Currently, I am a Customer Service Advisor within bereavement services with RBS. In this role, I handle customer queries from solicitors, executors and next of kin through different communication channels such as telephony, web chat, letters etc. I am a subject matter expert in bereavement dormant queries and bereavement concerns and queries which fall out of SLA. I have supported in creating SOPs and OPLs and proficient in computer software and packages such as; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
