- Formulating and maintaining strategies that support the Cloudfactory’s business vision as well as ensure alignment to the Global Firm’s policy.- Implement tracking tools with proper records and audit trail in all strategic areas.- Direct the establishment and implementation of policies and procedures related to the department’s services, and serve as key business adviser.- Overseeing the provision of effective office support services.- Overseeing adequate provision of office supplies at optimal cost including management of stationery stocks.- Providing various departmental reports relating to all operational matters i.e. Administration, Facilities, Equipment management, Stationery stocks and Security.- Overseeing travel & guest relations management and related monitoring.- Coordinating with operations and other departments to ensure they are making decisions that line up with the CloudFactory way of delivering amazing work back to our clients- Managing all operations staff members including facilities, logistics, and other cross-functional teams- Developing and implementing business continuity and disaster management plans for assigned areas including maintenance of fire detection systems and performance of fire and security drills and associated briefings.- Creating highly-structured, insightful processes, systems and recommendations with a data-driven approach; and, alongside senior executives, critique and modify the operational components of our facility- Making recommendations to CloudFactory leadership about what’s needed in setting up operations for future locations in other regions.- Continually iterating and improving systems by learning, reinventing, optimizing and managing every aspect of the operations of CloudFactory by taking necessary advantage of headquarters support from the grounds to customer care
