PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF THE MINDANAO RAILWAY PROJECT, PHASE 1 (MRP1)Leads the team in resolving the issue of NGCP cable crossing points along the MRP1 alignment. Navigate through several issues, provides resolutions and seeks stakeholders’ participation through collaborative effort in solving critical problems. Facilitates coordination meetings among stakeholders and provides assistance on a team of engineers at site for data gathering surveys. Carefully assess current project progress and provide technical and non-technical solutions to ensure that deliverables and necessary information were secured ahead of time or at least, on time.Prepared and processed the Executive Order entitled “Allowing Priority Connection to Transmission Facilities of Railway Projects Traversing Several Distribution Utilities’ Franchise Areas” in close coordination with the Department of Energy. This EO has been successfully forwarded to the Office of the President for his signature to be formally enacted into law across the Philippines.Assists the engineering services chief in accomplishing the tasks of the department. Also, ensures that materials and workmanship are at all times in accordance with plans and specifications and that inspections and tests are carried out promptly and timely. Finally, coordinates with project consultant, NGOs and other officials concerned in project implementation.

Provides feasibility study works on the design of 69 kV transmission line from powerhouse to be connected to the grid or directly to distribution utilities. Gathers data from substation tapping points and electric cooperatives to be studied thoroughly in preparation for the feasibility report. Consolidates all these engineering data from site investigations and information from agencies (DOE, NGCP and NPC) to complete the final working report of the project. Also delivers CAD drawing and geographic coordinates planning of the transmission line route through Google Earth and Global Mapper software.Projects: 600 MW Laguna Pumped Storage Plants, Electrification of Missionary Areas in the PhilippinesPREPARATION OF MONTHLY PROGRESS REPORTSPrepares and monitors the construction progress and accomplishments of engineers at site and consolidates this information into a working report for submission to client.
