Established company in 2007 as importer/distributor for Caesarea Medical Electronics infusion pumps in the United States. In 2009 role transitioned to manufacturer and specification developer, responsible for all operational activities for the BodyGuard and T-Syringe families of pumps. Capabilities included engineering, quality/regulatory, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, and sales & marketing. Company acquired by multi-national firm in October 2018.

Responsible for financial and operational health of a 56 person privately held health care company. Promoted by majority owner to emphasize cost containment, streamline operations and focus development of new products and enhance market penetration of existing portfolio. Reported to the Board of Directors. Business assets acquired through strategic divestiture over 2 year period from May 2005 - May 2007.

Responsible for all aspects of business development, including management of research & design engineering, strategic transactions and management of global sales and marketing operations. Direct report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Directed the clinical activities of the IntelliJect in the Western U.S. Responsible for clinical evaluation set up and training on device function and computer programming of the system. Coordinated clinical device trials and developed educational programs.

Management of the sales, clinical, administration and operational aspects of a start-up, innovative intravenous therapy provider. Developed and conducted all marketing programs for the Northern California area. Negotiated numerous contracts with hospitals and managed health care providers. Sold business to national infusion therapy company in 1989.

Supervised all personnel and directed daily operations of a productive outpatient pharmacy located within the county hospital. Implemented inventory control programs and revised prescription filling procedures resulting in increased productivity and revenues.

Provided inpatient and outpatient dispensing including preparation of intravenous admixture solutions. Developed inpatient monitoring programs and contributed reports to monthly Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee. Provided staff inservice.
