Director of Syringe Access Services (SAS). SAS isone of the largest syringe & health access programs in the country and is made up of multiple harm reduction & health programs.Program development, operations, evaluation, and reporting on state, local, & federal contracts.Staffing & supervision for a department of 41 employees & approximately 80 volunteers including meetings, trainings, hiring, writing job descriptions, creating positions, overseeing performance and corrective actions, complex scheduling for multiple locations, programs & tasks, staff development & coaching, etc.. Improved workplace culture & employee accountability which resulted in improved morale.Budget creation, management, purchasing, & expensing for a department with a 5.5 million dollar budget with 2.7 million in direct expenses. Used Excel, Adaptive, Management Reporter, & Reclogic. Handled large purchasing including coordination of regular 5-15 pallet sized orders. Logistics of product distribution and budget management for 4 subcontractors. Managed subcontractor and vendor relationships. Identified & secured new funding & co-authored grants.Managed projects including creation of the syringe Pick Up Crew, development of software platform and Apps for data collecting & reporting, communications & dispatch of services and tools to create visual reports for multiple uses. Project managed & designed mobile syringe & health clinic Van that has been replicated by other organizations.and so much more
