For my clients, I have: * Conducted focus groups, interviews and an audit study to determine Montgomery County, Ohio's access to health care by its uninsured and Medicaid-insured population. * Used a mixed-methods approach to evaluate degree of learning from and satisfaction with a revised 4-H curriculum. Wrote, piloted, and administered 5 online surveys to more than 4,200 people, and analyzed survey data. * Interviewed teachers, students, and school administrators, and carried out K-12 classroom observations for evaluations of 3 programs funded by Race to the Top/Ohio Department of Education. * Evaluated an HIV/AIDS clinic's quality improvement program through focus groups, interviews, and document review. Created the first evaluation of the ODH's Comprehensive Cancer Control (CCC) program, following the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's required guidelines. Established findings and recommendations for future CCC long-term plan development as well as for the Ohio Partners for Cancer Control. Presented ongoing and final work at OPCC's quarterly meetings.

The Building Assets for Fathers and Families federal demonstration grant's primary goal was to strengthen families by helping low-income, non-custodial parents become more financially secure and meet their child support obligations by completing a series of financial education workshops and working one-on-one with a financial coach. A second goal of the program was to develop organizational relationships among local child support enforcement agencies, Assets for Independence grantees that provide financial education to clients, and local fatherhood organizations. As Project Manager, my job was to ensure the program was working smoothly at the three Ohio sites (Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati) by helping stakeholders address barriers to success, organize a large conference and several regional trainings, and develop a program manual for eventual statewide rollout of the program, as well as other duties. Highlighted Ohio's participation during a presentation at the 2013 American Evaluation Association conference.
