I work on a freelance basis for various organisations, including talc. in Argyll, where I help deliver their Creative Scotland-funded youth arts programme. I also devise my own projects and recently produced Fàgail Hiort, an online project involving local artists from Oban and Morvern, responding to the 90th anniversary of the St. Kilda evacuation.

This is a blended role involving general management, in-house producing and working on our creative learning programme. Our most recent production was MAIM, in association with the Tron Theatre, described by the Herald as "A bubbling hybrid that is part elegy, part call to arms". Since 2017 I have been on the board at The Touring Network, which supports arts promoters throughout the Highlands an Islands. We recently saw a restructuring of the organisation, phasing out the CEO role and moving to a more horizontal structure. I took on a short contract at GWL developing their voluntary front of house team and devising new strategies and organisational structures in collaboration with them. This involved responsibiblity for a broad range of library services, as well as supporting the programme of events and exhibitions.

Dàna aims to cover a wide variety of subjects, providing Gaelic speakers with a forum where they can read new Gaelic writing, exchange opinions in the language and contribute articles of their own.Ma tha sibh airson a bhith nad phàirt den iris, nach cuir sibh fios gar ionnsaigh.

I was the contact for colleges, universities and community learning centre, supporting them to set up Ùlpan Gaelic classes for adults and employed Ùlpan tutors.

I worked to grow the Gaelic network in Lochaber and deliver a programme of supporting activities, including adult learning, youth work and support for GME parents.

I was the senior officer at this community centre in Glasgow, working with asylum seekers and the host community and delivering a programme of activity led by them, including a women's group, youth theatre and asylum case work. The youth theatre project, now called Ignite Theatre, is still going, and I still work with them occasionally.
