I am a full stack development student of Coder Academy. After 7 years working in the customer services and travel industry, I decided to pursue my desire to work in tech and enrolled in the Coder Academy Fast Track Boot camp in August 2021.I was a Reservations Supervisor in my previous job. I supervised and managed a team of 15 over 3 locations. I was responsible for the management of available inventory and assisting in ensuring that budget targets could be and were being met. Apart from my daily responsibilities, I went above and beyond to learn how to solve any CustomLinc (booking system that we used) related issues by utilizing their forum and help desk. I then became an onsite administrator, helped to solve any raised matter promptly and maintained work efficiency.
