- Mentor and educate high school students regarding post-secondary education/training- Assist students in completing college and scholarship applications, FAFSA, and other applications and registrations- Coordinate and facilitate college tours, academic workshops (ACT/SAT prep, scholarship, resume building, career exploration), and community service opportunities- Recruit students into the program who meet the first-generation college and limited income requirements

- Educated students on the college admissions process including test preparation for ACT/SAT, financial aid, scholarship applications, and more- Hosted meet and greets for students in collaboration with different colleges and military institutions - Worked closely with representatives from all Idaho colleges to stay up to date on admission changes and student opportunities- Recruited one-on-one and in classrooms for the TRiO program - Promoted local events through newsletters, email, and Remind to students and parents- Collaborated with other Nampa High schools to develop a six-year career plan for students- Assisted students and teachers in ordering AP exams, tracking exams, and confirming/requesting funds from Advanced Opportunities
