Over 20 years of field, regional, and national level experience with the Federal government and Fortune 500 private sector experience;Managed several million dollar budgets and a diverse workforce of over 200 federal employees ranging from GS-2 through SES level;Applied experience in strategic planning, human resources management, civil rights, federal budget process, economic analyses, information technology, and compliance requirements of the federal regulations and policies;Experience collaborating with varied stakeholders, including Congress, Office of Management and Budget, Office of Personnel Management, etc. on highly sensitive, confidential, and potentially controversial matters;Experience motivating and developing staff at varied levels; andExperience in building coalitions among adversaries to achieve Agency mission and cultural transformation.
