Met monthly with NAVFAC & USACE agents - to review all AF CONUS Military Construction Projects in design (>$2B), Manages distribution of all planning and design funds for MILCON, worked closely with PM, Branch Chiefs, AFIMSC, HAF on outyear requirements for PB.

Rewrote the MILCON and FSRM Project Manager guide adding cross agency touch points (environmental, real property, etc) and new HAF & AFIMSC responsibilities w/ templates, on-line resources, etc. Back-up for Div. Chief.

Led PMO - reporting directly to AFCEC Director w/ 10 cross functional teams to transition from 3 FOAs to stand-up AFCEC under PAD 12-03. Oversight of personnel/HR, IT, security, PA, assisted with beddown of AFIMSC under PAD 14-04.

Assisted with stand-up of Planning and Integration Directorate as the mission transitioned from Headquarters Air Force (HAF) to AFCEC, San Antonio.

Centrally Managed all aspects (Programming, Execution, CERCLA and RCRA Regulatory negotiations, Public Briefings, etc) for BRAC Remediation at 32 BRAC bases (2009 - 2012) and Managed Environmental Remediation for over 70 Air Force installations (2002 - 2009) in both project management and leadership positions.

All aspects of Env Remediation from programming, contract execution, environmental investigations, studies & pilot tests, system installation, and monitoring; Regulatory negotiations, presentations to RABs/ Technical Review Subcommittees/ Public Hearings, & congressional and other data calls.
