Rhonda Gregg Hirsch is Project Director and Client Service manager at ATKINS North America. ATKINS is one of the world’s leading design, engineering, and project management consultancies. Ms. Gregg has over 24 years of experience in project development, execution and oversight; resource agency liaison and coordination; federal, state and municipal permitting, review and authorization; environmental conservation and compliance; feasibility studies; client coordination; and funding procurement, marketing and development in both the private and not-for-profit sector. She has a comprehensive background and solid reputation with resource agencies, commercial and not-for-profit interests and governmental bodies throughout Coastal Texas. She has extensive project experience in coastal restoration, sustainable shorelines and beneficial use of dredged materials. Rhonda graduated from Texas A&M University in 1980, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology. She owned and operated a private consulting firm for 8 years before joining Shelmark Engineering, LLC in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager and Resource Agency Coordinator. She joined ATKINS in November 0f 2014.
