The downtown Indianapolis gallery is located within the physical building of Conrad Indianapolis and can be accessed via the Conrad entrance at 50 West Washington Street, or via its separate entrance on Illinois Street. The approx 1200 square foot gallery has been home to notable exhibits. The gallery has been selected as one of the World's top 500 galleries by Blouin Art Info (2015 and 2016). Long-Sharp Gallery fare extends beyond the secondary market works (from Picasso to Pop) of parent ModernMasters Fine Art and includes works by important established contemporary artists including David Spiller (UK), Chris Bracey (UK), Thalen & Thalen (Belgium), Russell Young (CA), David Kramer (NY), Dale Enochs (IN), Constance Edwards Scopelitis (IN) The gallery exhibits at important juried and vetted fine art fairs including Masterpiece London (2012-2016), Art Miami (2015, 2016), Spring Masters New York (2015, 2016). Long-Sharp Gallery opened a project space in midtown New York in late spring in The Gallery Building at 24 West 57th Street in New York City. "A Fine Art Experience" at The Conrad is an innovative and award winning art program developed by Rhonda Long-Sharp and Conrad Indianapolis. The dual highlights of the program are the five rotating exhibits (approximately 8000 square feet of public space is used for this purpose) and the "Art Ambassadors." Approximately 2 dozen Art Ambassadors (one of the "best kept secrets in Indianapolis" per Indianapolis Monthly Magazine, January 2013) receive regular training on the artwork and artists exhibiting in the hotel. Signified by a gold "artist's palate" pin, Art Ambassadors are available to answer questions posed by hotel guests and the visiting public about the art displayed. A "Fine Art Experience" also boasts special programing (from Sunday Art Matinees to exhibit openings, and participation in the IDADA First Fridys) and an "Art TV Station" which educates interested guests about the artists being shown or other art related events. Indy Contemporary is devoted to the promotion of Indiana as a geographic locale which is home to top level artists. To that end, artists included on the Indy Contemporary roster must: have a studio in the State of Indiana; have studied with a master in their field or have exhibited in one or more museums of stature; and have works in important public and private collections.

ModernMasters Fine Art (registered in the State of Indiana as "ModernMasters Fine Art & Brokerage, LLC") focuses on prints and works on paper by blue chip artists in a genre "from Picasso to Pop" with a focus on works by Picasso, Miro, Frankenthaler, Motherwell, Warhol, Lichtenstein, Robert Indiana, and Basquiat.
