Financial Management--Lead the annual budget process, monitor variances, and proactively update income and expense projections; Prepare all financial reports for the Pastor, Finance Council and Parish; Manage audit process while serving as the primary liaison; Negotiate, prepare, and monitor all vendor and consultant contracts; Examine grant and donor receipts and coordinate with Parish and school development teams; Manage restricted funds in full compliance with relevant guidance from donor or granting organization; Prepare all grant budgets or reports for donors and manage restricted grant budgets, including periodic updates on budget variance and budget modification documents; Manage fiscal and payroll systems to ensure timely and accurate use and reporting; Serve as staff liaison to the Parish Finance Council; Ensure all fiscal policies, procedures and documentation requirements are adequate to protect the organization; Oversee payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, off-boarding, employee check-ins and exit interviews; Manage human resources (HR) functions including hiring practices, employee review policies, professional development, and other HR activities; Complete all monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports associated with HR in a timely manner; Maintain updated personnel and operations policies and procedures for compliance; and Train and orient staff on personnel policies and procedures. Operations, Technology and Systems--Manage and maintain all Parish and school systems including but not limited to phones, learning management systems, donor systems, student information systems and parishioner information systems; Manage work with technology vendors to ensure efficient and effective use of technology by the campus; Develop document retention policies and manage disposal of records for Parish and school; and Oversee organizational insurance policies and ensure organization is adequately covered.
