    Accountable for the effective management and leadership of a project accounting group of 125+ employees, working with the other NPAMs to ensure consistency between regions. Work with internal audit to identify areas of improvement and prepare remediation action plans, as needed. Oversee the internal and external audits as they relate to the project accounting group or PAR controls, and coordination of the revenue testing in the annual external audit, ensuring the support provided is well-organized, timely and accurate. Build strong relationships with and serve as a trusted advisor to our internal business partners including Project Managers, Project Independent Reviewers, BCOLs and RBLs. In partnership with the other NPAMs, prepare the annual billing rate tables and manage custom rates and maintenance (CRAM) process. Partner with other NPAMs to drive collaboration and work sharing, including supporting corporate development in providing resources for the integration of acquisitions across the globe. Work with the Regional PAMs and PA Leads, monitor the WIP aging for the projects. Create specific action plans to ensure timely and accurate billings to reduce days’ sales outstanding. Lead and participate in special projects as assigned.
