Project manager for the implementation and support of the Call Management system. Performed the business analysis and project management activities for the Forms System implementation. Investigated the technical requirements and feasibility of creating an online social media presence (Twitter and Facebook).

Reported to the IT Director. Managed the design, build, content and user experience of the Information Technology Support web pages, including the SAP technical and functional support pages. Designed, built and converted e-learning videos. Provided 24/7 service to 6000 employees with up to 2 direct and 11 indirect reports. Also managed the work intake system for all support services tracks. The web support pages included a Service Outages page that provided information on planned and unplanned outages for all technology services including SAP, Finance and HR systems.

Reported to the Executive IT Director. Managed the daily operations of the network, telecom, training and procurement teams responsible for five GTA locations, providing service to 2,300 employees. Coordinated, prioritized and managed departmental projects, budgets and resources, ensuring timely and successful delivery of business objectives across Canada for over 5,200 employees. Partnered with key stakeholders, including business leaders, national learning & performance, national network, server and security managers in developing and implementing technology solutions.

Managed a staff of 24 (Support Services Supervisor, Help Desk Supervisor, Application Support Analysts, User Support Analysts and Process Administrator) for the GTA for approx. 2300 people, in up to 5 locations.Consolidated and streamlined the deskside support service function. Transitioned from 13 KPMG GTA office locations that had locally reporting IT support, to 5 locations reporting to the IT department. Managed the Procurement process for the GTA IT area.
