Software and computer trainer for the EMR Solution. Provided on-going customer application support to facilities through revisits, phone contact and email for 25 facilities nationwide. Promoted to HR Generalist. As an HR Generalist I provided full service employee relations for over 500 employees in sales offices throughout Florida. Serviced employees through resolving local payroll issues through ADP and Corporate HR, managing time card process, assisted with all benefit matters, managed Short Term Disability, consulted managers on employee changes such as promotions, new hires, terminations, etc., Implemented staff recruiting system through iRecruit (previously Taleo). Created onboarding process including New Employee Orientation.
