With over 20 years of experience in office administration and professional organizing, I am passionate about creating efficient and productive work environments that support the goals and vision of the organization. As the Office Manager at Capital First Trust, a leading provider of trust and custodial services, I manage the daily operations of the office, oversee the IT department and coordinate with various departments and external partners. I worked as in-house Project Manager for the build out and move to our new location. In addition to my current role, I am also the owner-operator of Help Me Rhonda Unlimited, LLC, a professional organizing and contract assistant service that offers customized solutions for home and office organization, event planning, paper and file management, time management, moving help, and charity donation drop off. I also have a military background, as I served as a Flight Operations Resource Management Air Reserve Technician and Reservist at the United States Air Force for nine years, where I was responsible for training and monitoring reservists, as well as performing various tasks related to flight operations and resource management.
