Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to Google Cloud’s Sales Teams in the development and execution of commercial structures through the quote to cash sales cycle (including negotiation and closure) for strategic, complex, and highly competitive direct and partner-sourced opportunities. Lead contract negotiations with external customers (interfacing directly with senior legal counsel) and provide internal contract interpretation of Google Cloud’s licensing and service agreements.Facilitate cross-functional alignment among Google Cloud’s Sales teams, internal stakeholders, and external customers/partners to promptly resolve complex business and contractual issues.

As a GTM Partner Program Lead, I am responsible for 1) evolving the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) Partner Program for and beyond the GMP product suite & 2) setting the priorities and owning the strategy & the governance model as the regional governing body of the program ensuring Google. maintains a fair and equitable ecosystem for all partners. I set the regional priorities and am responsible for setting the vision, strategy and operational plan in addition to tracking and measuring success. To execute on those priorities, I form working groups and drive workstreams, which involve coordination with a large number of x-regional & xfn stakeholders.

Support sales, go-to-market, and procurement teams at all levels of business, specializing in enterprise software licensing, IT professional services, machine learning, advanced analytics, blockchain, artificial intelligence, strategic alliances, channel partnerships, consulting, subcontracting, Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Public Cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform), business process management (BPM) outsourcing services, Cross-border transactions, re-selling third-party products, intellectual property, and strategic minority investments (M&A deals).
