I am a member of the Training, Research and Planning group. I am responsible for the internal training of disaster recover staff. I facilitate in the organization of mandatory training held in our division. I also monitor departmental training for agency staff. Coordinate interoffice functions to encourage employee interaction with staff and upper management.

I trained both internal and external agency staff on Microsoft and Adobe platforms. I managed the Learning Management System to facilitate the yearly training requirements for agency staff. I worked in collaboration with the Help Desk to answer technical questions for agency staff. Created a technology curriculum that is still in use today.

I taught Technology Training to middle school students. This included keyboarding skills, history of computers and computer programing.
