Being a Student Counsellor in both Sydney and Southern Cross University, I have a passion for the positive mental health and wellbeing of our students. In the broadest sense of the “holistic wellbeing” including effective Psychological interventions eg CBT, ACT, Mindfulness. I also have a strong interest in integrated Learning & Academic Skills Programs for undergraduate, post graduate, international and local degree students.Initially appointed as Director of the Academic Learning Service @ SCBIT-Sydney College of Business & IT & SCU (Sydney campus). Followed by establishing the SCBIT Student Welfare Support Service.Past positions I have loved included; Director of Learning, Counselling & Welfare at SCBIT & SCU (Sydney).
