In this position I directed the bank’s business in the community while achieving bank goals and maximizing growth and profitability in a manner consistent with the values and interests of Anchor. I was responsible for the management and operational control of the bank under the approval and guidance of the Region President. I ensured that bank policies, goals and objectives were in alignment with the strategic goals of Anchor. I directed the efforts of all lending activity through guidance in the way of commercial, real estate and consumer loan departments. I was responsible for the growth of deposits within the bank.
