I started bookkeeping in 2003 for the bingo business and five charitable organizations. As bookkeeper, I managed the following:* Payroll ^ Create and submit tax forms W2's, W3's, 1099's, 1096's, 940 and 941's (payroll liabilities) ^ Process employee payroll via direct deposit* Bank Accounts ^ Manage account registers ^ Perform account reconciliations ^ Record and report daily sales and deposits* Bill Payments ^ Audit incoming invoices ^ Schedule and pay invoices* Charitable Donations ^ Make donations as instructed by the Texas Lottery Commission Bingo Division* State and Municipal Prize Fee Taxes ^ Pay prize fee taxes to the State Comptroller and the Municipal Special Collections Division* Bingo Enabling Act Forms and Fees required by the Texas Lottery Commission ^ Provide Quarterly profit and loss reports for the Bingo business ^ Application for Original License to Conduct Bingo for a new charity ^ Provide license renewals for charities to continue conducting Bingo ^ Process temporary license requests to allow a charity to play outside normal times ^ Manage registered Charity Bingo Worker ID's to ensure compliance ^ Maintain Unit Accounting Agreement provided to the State ^ Maintain at least 4 years of accounting records for State required audits (successfully completed several audits)
