She serves as a strategic and tactical advisor on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion best practices to the National Board of Directors, Executives and Staff for the National Office as well as for 30 affiliate CEO's and their teams. Rhonda is dedicated to working with heroes, sheroes and theyroes to develop and implement diversity, equity and inclusion solutions that create healthier cultures, happier employees and more effective leaders. In addition, she has robust experience leading and executing the full suite of HR service areas in a variety of industries. Her main specialty areas include culture enhancement, training, employee engagement, retention, compensation and recruitment. Rhonda's passion is working with leaders throughout the organization, and at all levels, to co-create high performance cultures that attract, retain and develop top talent.
