Rhonda is an Associate Partner and thought leader in Strategy and Operations in Financial Services. She has over 12 years of experience leading multi-million dollar engagements for payment companies, merchants, large banks, and asset management firms at Deloitte and Accenture. Her work spans from strategy to large technical implementations following the full Software Delivery Life Cycle. She has extensive product, and project management experience delivering new products, business units and managing agile teams. As an associate partner, Rhonda led and managed teams of 80+ consultants across multiple client accounts and portfolios. Additionally, on a practice level, she was responsible and coached 400+ managers, and consultants in the Strategy and Operations Financial Service practice. From a resource and budgeting standpoint, Rhonda owned multi-million dollar budgets managing resources and FTE allocation across different accounts. Rhonda has extensive experience delivering to C-level and Board-level clients, in both engagement and sales settings (responsible for sales targets of $12 M+ and direct P&L for her projects) to drive customer success. Additionally, she was the Payments Eminence Lead, leading practice operations, for Deloitte Consulting’s Payments Practice, co-authorizing publications on Buy Now Pay Later, GenAI, CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) and RTP (Real Time Payments), and publishing a global playbook with 200+ cases showcasing Deloitte’s qualifications in payments across Strategy, Product Innovation, Launch, Implementation, Engineering and Business Operations. Rhonda is looking to continue driving tremendous impact as a Strategy and Operations leader, and defining the vision for financial services clients on new product launches, implementation strategy (both in agile, hybrid and waterfall methodologies), their detailed roadmap, customer experience, and new opportunities to drive growth.Rhonda holds a bachelors of science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operation Research from the University of California, Berkeley.
