Lead the effort to create Microsoft’s Proposal IP Program that optimizes proposal development with high quality reusable content and time saving tools. Currently manage the program to improve response quality, compliance, and win rates saving over 36K hours for 12K Sellers and Proposal Professionals looking for answers and $6.8M for Microsoft in efficiencies.

Lead cross organizational project team with a single GTM effort across Cloud + Enterprise, One Commercial Partner and Learning & Readiness with Microsoft's FY18 Azure Learning initiative to close the Azure skills gap in the marketplace.As Team Lead, deliver Microsoft's first Open Source MOOC platform (Open edX) and a new set of business processes and align 3 internal organizations to deliver ONE Microsoft training for customers, partners, and employees.Drive internal company alignment and engagement for Microsoft's first Online Professional Program in Data Science on edX in a lean experiment fashion to inform the future program and program team.As Project Manager, deliver a platform and operational solution for Pitch Perfect Certification that scaled 130% over FY14 and included a plan to train 750 managers as role play coaches to consistently prepare 4,600 sellers to land priority customer conversations with confidence.

Lead Microsoft’s first and best enterprise media platform migration of 280 video channels & 34K videos maximizing the new SharePoint Online and Azure. Maximize $1.2M budget to deliver modern user experiences across web, Windows 8 App and Windows 8 phone giving 90K employees always on access, social integration, and quality mobile experience while setting an example in the industry while working closely with Yammer, Azure, SharePoint and IT teams. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) used by Microsoft's 40k Sales, Marketing and Services employees. Save over $1M with project that consolidated 2 legacy LMS systems, migrated the company to SumTotal, and delivered virtual learning capabilities. Engineer a suite of custom tools to enhance SumTotal capabilities such SCORM Course Authoring, SCORM Course Offline Player, and roster management.

Work with customers to analyze problems and develop solutions typically involving writing hot fixes, diagnosing network and hardware infrastructure issues, analyzing results of application performance load tests, and creating workarounds to usability issues. Manage several premium accounts from an engineering perspective.

• Design, coordinate and execute a milestone based project plan for migrating Exam-Ace.com to BarronsRegents.com. Meet all targets to bring system live within 3 months. System still operates today with original code base as a profitable component to Barron’s Educational Series business.• Implementation included hardware acquisition, product installation, hiring a system administrator, training SA on product and Oracle DBA skills, rebranding, transferring customers, data import, hosting and marketing.

• Single handedly develop and execute business plan from conception to acquisition. Define application functionality, write code, demo, pilot, market, and operate an interactive online test preparation and assessment system for NYS Regents Examinations.• Features included extensive exam libraries, secure login, user preferences, class rosters, test builder tool, test navigator, class assignments, grade book, student progress reports, teacher reports by student, exam or class, help menus, and messaging system.• NT Server with Oracle 8i database coded primarily in PL/SQL with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.• Sell online application after just 6 months of service to the leader in Regents examination preparation in NYS, Barron’s.
