Rhonda has 32 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. She has strong knowledge of various IWMS platforms and has also practiced strategic planning, programming, space planning for moves involving major construction, furniture design, and move management services. She has coordinated and implemented the design and relocation of financial data centers in multiple states while managing the projects remotely. Rhonda is committed to providing her clients with a high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential information while working towards tight deadlines and ambitious targets.She has 21 years of experience with various IWMS systems such as: FM:Systems, Tririga, Trimble/Manhattan, Centerstone, Facility Center, Aperture, FAMIS, and SPAN FM. Of which, she has written User and Process Documentation for Manhattan to support the training and UAT for a worldwide Financial Services firm. This documentation lead to the development of Test Scripts which are compatible for import into HP Quality Center.Rhonda began working with AutoCAD version 8 in 1991 which was DOS driven at the time. She has provided Advanced AutoCAD training to designers and planners for Architectural space planning and Engineering site planning; designed/created a custom tool palette template within AutoCAD customizing the delivery of drawings, which improved productivity. She is also responsible for automating a Real Estate portfolio of over a million sf in early 1990's, and maintaining the database as the portfolio grew and renovations took place. She has managed third party software (Sweets Electronic Publishing) that ran with AutoCAD which delivered computer generated furniture specifications.
