* Managed the strategic and program planning execution for the Global Diversity and Inclusion External Partnership engagement. Created the social media plan, marketing strategy, and communication execution plan for all sponsorship opportunities. Partnered with employee resource groups, executive leadership councils, and marketing to identify employees for awards and conference workshops. Achieved 66% acceptance rate for workshop submissions.*Increased Intel’s partnership engagement beyond conference events. Under Rhonda’s leadership, Intel was selected as the recipient of the 2017 National Society of Black Engineers *Developed and facilitated two workshops during the NSBE 43rd National convention—“How to Leverage Social Media for Professional Networking,” and “How to be seen when no one is watching.” Each workshop met the goal of 90% good/excellent survey and exceeded the attendance goal with over 100 attendees.*Led a team of internal and external stakeholders to develop Intel’s first of its kind Native *Program managed Intel’s partnership with Cosmopolitan for their Cosmo Careers: Women + Tech Program which included an editorial magazine spread and a networking event in collaboration with Popular Mechanics called “Breaking the Code,” an event for tech leaders and advocates to connect with women interested in tech careers.
