Rhonda Strozier received her Master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh while running a successful landscaping business to fund her schooling. These two experiences prompted a love of overlapping social work and business whenever possible. Recently, Rhonda has paired the two by working as Operations Manager with Fineview and Perry Hilltop Citizens Councils. She was also the community planner on a $450,000 CHOICE Planning Grant. Rhonda served as the lead coordinator working to build a transformation plan which centers resident engagement to attract funding for mixed-income housing on the Northside.Additionally, Rhonda consults with organizations to help Black Women business owners to create strong business and operations plans to allow them to access business capital to grow and sustain their businesses. To date, Rhonda has supported over 120 Black Women throughout the region as a Business Coach. Overall, Rhonda excels in the spaces of planning, operations and assessing data. It is her lifelong mission to not only assist folks through resource reallocation and distribution but through intentional income increasing for community members.
