Outline the process for the deceased account holders Manage the divorced account holdersRecord, review and manage POAs Process distributions and work the overflow of the processing departmentResearch and handle accounts that require more processing (accounts for minors, deceased individuals over seas)Bilingual duties (Spanish)Also handle the following Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:Transmit test emails, phone calls and faxes daily to ensure systems are operational; notify appropriate department of issuesReceive, respond and research customer service inquires received by phone, ticket system, fax or email; escalate to Customer Service Coordinator when necessary; open/update ticket system as neededUpdate/maintain customer account informationProcess accountholder requests, including but not limited to: Contribution, distribution, and transfer transactionsScan incoming paperwork and create/maintain electronic filing system for participant transactions through “track and file” systemOpen/sort mail daily
