Whether diving off cliffs, Racing Across America 3082 miles on a bike (for mental health and help prevent Veteran and First Responder Suicide) or IronMans in Bahrain 70.3 miles around the world or through snow and ice in New York City or being one of the first women to run through the Serengeti 55 miles (yes, really with armed guards) I’m not afraid to take risks and push myself— My passion is to transform companies and lead digital transformation while creating high performance teams leaving a legacy.A passionate and dynamic leader (who wishes those two adjectives weren’t so overused), I aim to truly inspire change and growth within the organizations and people around me.I am willing to go to the ends of the earth (literally) to get things done correctly and efficiently alongside my team – and I have the passport stamps to prove it.With over 25+ years of experience and having managed IT divisions of over 20k+ people across multiple continents, I have lived and worked all over the globe with people from a variety of culture and managed up to 162 countries, global is my middle name. I’ve led the charge in industry sectors ranging from telecommunications to technology, finance to insurance, lifestyle, retail to beauty with over 20 mergers and acquisitions. I’m proud to be a 2x published author, speaker, and recipient of multiple distinguished executive, technology awards. I appreciate opportunities to speak to students and contribute to professional & academic advisory boards and focus in STEM through sports.I continue to pursue challenging athletic achievements because I find the training to increase my mental toughness alongside keeping me physically healthy and helping me make better decisions. Over the years, I've completed over 121 half and full marathons, triathlons, and have completed 22 70.3mile IronMans. Even though I travel 75% of the time, fitness is an important part of my routine and something I encourage my team at work to maintain as well. I strongly believe in being a Corporate Athlete in and out of the Board Room.My mission is to use my experience and leadership to drive change in the world.
