Additionally, she has played a pivotal role in leading numerous initiatives focused on environmental, social, and governance (ESG).Rhondia was previously Chief Procurement Officer and Senior Vice President, Accounts Payable, Strategic Sourcing and Packaging Solutions and was responsible for managing $18B in spend and a $125M operating budget at 3M Company. She has also held senior leadership roles at General Electric (GE), General Motors (GM), Libbey Glass and Owens Illinois (O-I). Rhondia has been responsible for $500 Million - $18 Billion of spend and has delivered more than $3 Billion in cost savings, working capital and operating budget improvements.Rhondia currently serves as a board member for Dura/Shiloh Automotive (A portfolio investment of MiddleGround Capital).
