Real Estate is my life's work. With close to 20 years experience helping sellers and buyers achieve their goals of home ownership, I have now advanced my career into property management, with the goal of assisting Associations in developing a well run business model. For the last seven years, I volunteered my way from District Representative to President of my Condominium Association, in an effort to pass my knowledge and expertise in real estate sales, marketing, and business operations forward, for the betterment of the community I serve.Currently, I am spearheading our 40-year inspection project as well a major capital improvement project to upgrade the seawall in our community. I have streamlined the resale and leasing process and initiated a communication and social media platform to elevate my community, and bring transparency to a new level.My background in sales and marketing combined with my MBA in Business Operations and my BS in Journalism enables me to communicate effectively in complex situations and during difficult negotiations.
