As Director of A&R, I handled the business of overseeing the A&R department, finalizing department decisions, assisting with the Pres./CEOof the company in developing a strong marketing plan to make the company and artist visible, putting together promotional packages, selection of recorded songs to be released,studio selection and scheduling, artist development, overseeing artist rehearsals, and songwriting/producer for many projects.
