Rob began his real estate career in 2001 representing agricultural land owners with entitlement and land use permits throughout Florida. The relationships he established through this work, lead to 8 years in political and government consulting where he eventually took a position as a Deputy Director with the Republican Party of Florida. In 2012, Rob decided to return to commercial real estate, this time as a licensed sales associate and multi-family property manager in Central Florida. Since that time Rob has transacted commercial real estate in all the major product categories and assisted clients with land use permitting and zoning. In 2020 he took a role with Daniel Corporation as Director of Real Estate, leading this division, he is responsible for managing a fund that is primarily focused on healthcare and hospitality investments and development. In 2022, Rob became a Broker and opened a boutique brokerage (R Squared) specializing in investment commercial real estate and development acquisitions for select clients throughout Florida and the south east. Along with acquisitions, Rob helps clients manage, plan and position their real estate and real estate investment goals for long term planning and success. Rob lives in Winter Garden with his girlfriend Kristine and son Tripp. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, sailing, bourbon and traveling.
