Managed the overall administration and operations of the Aboitiz School of Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship (ASITE) that includes: budget planning and monitoring, standardizing procedures or policies, responding to escalated issues or cases, and ensuring the strategically and academically strong portfolio of programs (i.e. curriculum transition from on-campus, to online and hybrid learning): Master in Entrepreneurship, MSc in Innovation and Business, MSc in Data Science, PhD in Data Science, BSc in Data Science and Business Administration, and the industry facing lab: Analytics, Computing, and Complex Systems Laboratory.

• Developed and implemented senior/junior high school curriculum in Filipino Language and Literature for Standard K-12 and International Baccalaureate diploma programs as a classroom teacher (2014-2020).• Initiated and facilitated trainings for teachers as Technology Integration in Learning and Teaching (TILT) Committee Head (2016-2020).• Organized about 72+ co-curricular and extra-curricular activities, local/international, as HS Student Activity Program Assistant (2010-2013), Committee Moderator, and Team Leader.
