I have engaged in a commercial and business litigation pratice representing a wide array of small, medium and national businesses over a range of subject matters from contract matters, banking matters, shareholder disputes, collections to international and domestic transportation cargo claims under the Warsaw Convention, Carmack, and COGSA.
