As part of this role I serve as an advisor regarding Inclusive learning and more specifically for the LGBTQI+ Community at Leiden University. I offer teacher training seminars to help improve awareness and communication regarding the queer student community. In addition to this I maintain an on-campus point-of-contact for 3 hours a week offering in-person advice and guidance to those that need it, for students or faculty members alike.

In this position I have the role I help establish student for student initiatives with a focus on the needs of marginalised, queer and LGBTQI* students. Additionally I work in assisting research focused on the LGBTQI+ community.
