- Identified key issues with the existing user action data schema, used to store all user product interactions. - Scoped and prioritized a new and improved system, taking ownership of a previously un-owned area and gathering and integrating feedback from key stakeholders. - Seamlessly integrated the updated schema without disrupting existing pipelines, resulting in the attribution of over 10% of overall user action data that was previously unattributed. - Added company-level processes for maintenance and awareness, resulting in a standardized solution for all future user action data analysis.- Refactored the product details page from scratch. - Re-designed the entire framework across Android and backend with flexibility and consistency in mind, shifting from years of accumulated hardcoded client logic to a server-driven module based approach. - Greatly increased iteration speed by reducing dependency on client deployments. - Added several layers of monitoring to ensure key metrics were not disrupted during transition. - Designed for and supported iOS platform integration, eliminating most sources of client inconsistency by creating a single source of truth.
