- Play a dual role of hands-on technical expert and project lead. This position requires an experiencedtechnician with a deep understanding of security systems and a strong background in project planning and management. - Oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems on-site while coordinating project schedules, resources, and client communications to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Software configuration, troubleshooting and testing of various telecommunication and safety systems.- Working under the supervision of Operations Manager, to diagnose and repair access control, intrusion, video, telephone, and network systems in residential, commercial, industrial and other types of buildings.- Follows general instructions, sometimes in the form of drawings, to complete the physical and electrical installation of all components of security, intercom, network, and other systems.- Submits reports and makes recommendations to the Operations Manager regarding issues or challenges with the products, installation process or progress, or other issues that affect the installation project.- Installs systems within the allotted time and contributes to scheduling and project management decisions.- System diagnosis and rectification of faulty equipment.- Customer coordination for the implementation of the project..- Perform installation, software / hardware configuration, testing and commissioning of newly installed systems and upgraded systems.- Conduct on-site trainings to operation teams for system familiarization and troubleshooting procedures.- Provide recommendations to customer to increase the reliability and integrity of existing systems.

i. Assisting the project team in project executions including of field/site works.ii. Ensure all production, assembly, fabrication and integration tasks meet project cost effectiveness, timely delivery and quality standards.iii. Repairs, troubleshooting and coordinate with Production on goods return to warehouse.iv. Keep track of inventory/stock level and liase with Purchasing on re-ordering.v. Testing and commissioning of various systems (PAGA, VSAT, TVRO, PABX, LAN, CCTV, UHF, U-Light, Metrological, Gyro, GMDSS, Fire and Gas, MOSCAD and Radar systems).

* Project Controller and On-site Engineer - Coordination with the customer for implementation of project. - Controls and manages subcontractor deployments and schedule. - Conducts technical trainings to ensure proper testing of NEC Transmission system network. - Delivery inspection of newly delivered materials to warehouse. - Ocular inspection and frequency sweep surveys on site. - Supervision of installation works by contractors. - Conduct testing and commissioning of NEC transmission systems. - Hardware and software configurations of system according to client’s specification. - Conduct on-site trainings to client’s onsite engineer for proper maintenance and troubleshooting - Set-up IP configurations of each system* General Task - As a systems engineer for local market and overseas; responding to tenders (RFI, RFP and the like), doing system design, conducting Proof of Concept (or product demonstration), technical presentations and technical coordination between NEC Japan and the customer. - To develop an understanding of the customer network, needs and business requirements and communicate this effectively to the product teams in the headquarters (NEC Japan and other affiliates) - To develop a firm understanding of NEC product portfolio and effectively engage the customers in network design and create requirements to position more NEC solutions. - To effectively engage customer in post-sales technical queries and challenges for Philippines and overseas. - As technical support for Japan and other countries. - Analyze and preparation of Methods of Procedure to be followed by all personnel involve prior to network modification activities. - Ensure all the network elements can be monitored remotely the Network Operations Center. - Monitoring of transmission network during high data usage to ensure 100% availability on the said period. - Providing support to clients when needed during outages and restorations.
