As a Night Audit, on top of my duties to the guests, I primarily handle the overseeing of our properties nightly turnover. From PMS reports to registration preparation. I work to ensure the morning shift is ready to hit the ground running every day.

Assisted in running our departments daily operations through Inventory Database, Outlook, and Queue phone line management. Provided quality assurance through high volume verification calls.

Provided the high level of hospitality expected from the Holiday Inn brand from check in to check out. Consistent focus on improving sales through individualized attention, and detail to our potential guests.

Assumed management of day to day operations including, housekeeping assignment, guest services, staff scheduling, payroll as well as training supervision. Additionally I worked to restore our online image through establishment of a social media presence, competitively priced rate management, and incentives geared toward those who were active in the Yelp, and TripAdvisor communities.
